Lyla joined the Company program a little later than most dancers, auditioning the summer before 5th grade after several years of rec classes at Premiere and one year on the performance team. The growth we’ve seen in her dancing has exceeded anything we imagined. Even more meaningful, though, are the friendships she’s built, the confidence she’s gained, her growth mindset, and the incredible sense of belonging she feels. As a parent of a middle schooler, I’m so grateful to Premiere and the Company program for giving her a place where she is active, challenged, supported, and truly happy.

Our family has loved our time at Premiere. The Crew Program has been the perfect transition into competitive dance. This program has allowed time for Finley to continue trialing other sports and activities, while also figuring out her true passion of dance! Finley was nervous to make the jump to a more competitive program, and just trying something new, but she instantly fell in love with the program and the structure that it offers. Finley adores her teachers and her teammates, creating a second home that she is excited to come to each week. As a mom, I’m so grateful for all of the things Finley has learned from her time here at Premiere from her new skills, to the relationships and the character traits she has built through dance. The direction and communication at Premiere runs so smoothly, it makes it easy for our family to know exactly what to expect and to put our trust into the hands of Premiere. Premiere is the best fit for Finley and our family!

Ricky’s love of dance continues to grow because of Premiere Dance Project. This year, she wanted to get involved in a program and decided to join the Performance Team. As part of the team, she’s experienced several unique opportunities, and one of the highlights of the year for her was getting to dance on the court at an Iowa Wolves basketball game. Premiere provides such a positive environment for Ricky. With every class, Ricky is building self-confidence and learning how to be a part of a team. I also can’t say enough good things about Premiere’s staff and how much Ricky loves her Performance Team teachers. They are very well organized and provide excellent communication, making everything run smoothly.

I’m so happy we got Ricky involved with the Performance Team, and it has been so enjoyable watching her thrive over this past year. I would highly recommend Premiere to anyone looking to get their kids into dance. I couldn’t ask for a better studio for my daughter.
